The Salty Dog Co is a small trading company based in the wonderful seaside location of Porthilly, Rock in Cornwall designed to offer delightful products that will leave a lasting memory of your visit to Cornwall in three distinct categories:

The Salty Dog Gallery - Paintings, Ceramics and Jewellery all created by local Cornish artists.

Salty Dog Clothing Range - marketed under the ‘Piran’ brand. A simple design-based clothing range to be worn when walking along the beautiful beaches and coastal paths of Cornwall or sitting on the sun decks of our local pubs and cafes enjoying a refreshing cool drink during the day or a glass of wine in the evening whilst watching the glorious sunset.

Salty Dog Antiques - a range of interesting marine and maritime antiques and curios that offer something unique for your seaside holiday home or a wonderful momento of your visit.

The Brand - the Salty Dog brand is encapsulated by Piran, the black Labrador sporting his St Piran’s neckerchief (the Cornish flag) which symbolises the free spirit and friendliness of Cornwall.

Rock - the North Cornish coastal areas of Rock, Daymar Bay, Polzeath and Port Isaac have become famous for their celebrity visitors and second home owners such as Princes William and Harry, Hugh Grant, Kate Moss, Jude Law, Jay Kay, Johnny Depp, Harry Enfield and many more. The Salty Dog Co created the Piran brand to be part of that entity - whether patronising the beaches, bars or restaurants of Rock or back home in London, Manchester, Liverpool or, indeed, New York or Sydney where you can carry with you the memory of your stay in sunny Cornwall.
